Boston Mayor Marty Walsh was at the run last weekend. He walked by me and wished me "good luck" and I asked for a picture!
The Random:
Have you heard about this book? It was a marvelous end of year read-a-loud and an instant favorite!!
The Fun:
Each class earned a movie and treat day for great reading all year long (they get points for reading well, coaching their reading buddy, etc). One class voted for popcorn and Boxtrolls and the other had ice cream sandwiches and The Never Ending Story. A classic! Although, they thought the whole 1984 vibe was "the oldren days" - oy!
And WOW! 42 people linked up last week, thank you all for joining me each Monday!!
