Monday, teachers were back to school officially. Things are coming together!
Inside:
Inside, writing postcards, with a picture of the lower school outside, to my new students.
Candid:
Popped into the Kosher bakery to get challah for a coworker who we all made shabbas dinner for - candid shot of the bakery worker in the back.
Yum:
Finally made peach crisp last weekend. SO good.
Natural Light:
We had a dreary day last Sunday, not much natural light, but lots of natural water.
And! Come link up and join the Good.Random.Fun. each Monday, right here!

Hi Tamar,
Great shots. Like the Natural Light shot.
Have a great day!
I almost jumped into my computer to get a taste of that peach crisp. It looks so good. Oh my, back to school. Seems too soon!!
Love that bakery shot! The peach crisp looks SO good!! How wonderful that you send your new students a welcome postcard!
I love the baker shot too! And the rainy day photo is great - I remember it popping up on Igram and thinking...yup, that about sums it up! Hope you're enjoying your family time!
Great shots, I love the post card. What a great personal touch.
Oh these are fabulous - I especially love the bakery. I bet it smelled amazing in there
Love all your interpretations, especially the window shot. School seems to start earlier every year or I am getting older! Lovely stuff.
Well tht last shot made me laugh. yes we have a lot of that 'stuff' over here in Northern Ireland, in fact yesterrday it even hailed!!! Surely this was not our summer.Likethecandid shotsof the baker. Hope you have a great week.
So glad to see cursive writing still in your curriculum - can you believe they have almost if not completely removed it from the public school program. Tomorrow's adults I guess will merely print their name. The peach crisps looks healthy with all that yummy oatmeal and while wet - love the muted colors from your natural light shot.
Hi Tamar, I wish you a wonderful new school year and lots of super students.
I see you are still teaching cursive!
Lovely pictures, Tamar, whoo the peach crisps look yummy :)
One of my friends sues handwriting without tears and has loved it. Yum peach crisp...I need to make it again. I know what the Hebrew says without having to look up the letters and without having the vowels spelled out. Yay for me :)
Love your candid shot :)
Great set.
1. Good to know the first day went well
2. I like the design that everyone is posed in.
3. Very good candid shot
4. Oh yum!
5. Bummer about the rain but it is a pretty shot.
I'm still hoping to join in sometime soon with the hunt.
