The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 50

The Good:
Mom and I went into the city Saturday night to see "The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time." It was amazing, masterful, and just incredible. It was my first straight play (having grown up on musicals) an excellent first play to have seen. If you don't know the story, I highly recommend the book!

The Random:
I walked into the office Friday morning and saw this fluffy cutie sitting in Rabbi's office! He brought his adorable puppy Junior to work. I may have spent my prep time sitting with him...

The Fun:
On Thursday we had a big Chanukah luncheon at school. They served pizza and latkas and there was dancing, some presentations (chorus and Israeli dance) and time together. They had gluten free latkas (yay!) and in the gift card raffle for the staff, I won a BBB card, sweet!

How fun - I just love the theater - musicals, plays, opera, ballet, orchestra - I just love it all. Happy you got some quality time with your mom.

You grew up seeing musicals? How enviable! I remember my friend and I(who had parents not interested in musical performances) sneaked in a Catholic church (we were 12 Y. old - our parents would kill us if they had known) to hear the original Wiener Sanger Knaben:)

I would love to take the Crazy poodle to work but he would not be welcome plus I doubt he would stay still and chill like the cute dog in your photos! Yay for the win Tamar :)

Nice to get all those teacher gifts, for sure, and you definitely deserve them! Cute dog.

I am not familiar with the story behind the play - one of these days I'll have to check it out. The puppy is too cute (and if in your position, I "might" have had to spend time socializing with pup versus work) :)

Your school lunch at work sounds fun and that play sounds interesting. Never heard of it. I'll have to look the book up.
