Banana Berry Baked Oatmeal

There is something comforting and warming about a bowl of oatmeal.
But weekends are a time for a breakfast that is just a step above the normal weekday go to.
Perfect compromise?
Baked oatmeal. Numerous possibilities, it feels oh so fancy, yet is so simple and filling.

I've been enjoying making a variety of baked oatmeals over the last few months. Some are simpler than others, but all a huge hit and great way to start the day.

This version is simple yet scrumptious. Just mix, bake, and enjoy!
Happy breakfast!

Hummhh, this sounds yummy! I have every ingredient except baking powder and strawberries, but I do have some cranberries. I may have to go to the store to get the baking powder and try this.
