The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 25

The Good:
The school year has ended! What a great year it's been. One of the end of year activities we did was to take our "we can't do it YET" papers from September and then write 3 accomplishments they had. Many had turned their not YETs into CAN DO!

The Random:
I had some fun end of year Kahoots for the kids. One was a question about our writing program. I had to laugh hard when most kids thought the mnemonic we used was just for "writing" rather than the opinion genre it really is for!

The Fun:
The PTA sponsors a day of bounce houses during the last week of school! Such a fun way to round out the year!
And now....summer!

I love the can't do it yet idea, I bet it gives them a boost when they realize what they've accomplished. Cool dart board.

Yay for summer! They get so hyped by the end of the year, it's nice to have a physical activity for them to use up some of that energy! How cool that they accomplished so much!

Looks like you had a fun end to a great year of teaching! That is a fortunate bunch of kids, to have you for a teacher.
