Another amazing trip to the NYBG Train Show! It's one of my favorite Thanksgiving weekend traditions. This year there were new buildings and they were as amazing as always.
It was fun to see sites we'd seen in person the day before in Manhattan, too. I loved the newly added Apollo Theater and the little details like the illuminated TWA terminal at JFK and the moving ferris wheel at Coney Island.
The big piece de resistance was Midtown in the atrium pool. The Christmas tree and lit up Empire State Buildings looked stunning against the still water with St. Patrick's right beside it. Can't wait for next year now!

Oh wow, how gorgeous these photos are. What an amazing exhibit. My husband recently took the kids to a train expo in Syracuse and they absolutely loved it!

Tamar I actually remember when they used to have this outdoors before the Atrium was finished. It was so much fun taking the kids!

I am always fascinated by the set-ups. My uncle was part of a big group & took me to some elaborate conventions. It's remarkable how much detail goes into those.

I always loved to visit this exhibit at the NYBG! I see they added more Brooklyn artifacts this year--wise decision!
