Purim!

Happy Purim!
One of the more fun Jewish holidays - celebrating how Esther and Mordechai saved the Jews from wicked Haman.
To get into the festive spirit, the boys and I made hamantashen last week when snowed in!
I have such fond memories of my childhood making Hamantashen with mom and Avi so to make them with the boys was so special. Ronan really got the hang of the pinching and they came out great!

Chag Purim Sameach!!

Happy Purim! It's one of my favorite Jewish holidays. Love hammentaschen and raisins and almonds. Yours looks yummy! I used to work in several Jewish agencies and since retirement, I have missed Jewish holidays. Thanks for sharing.

I love the story of Esther. There are so many lesson layers we can learn from the story. Looks like you put that snow day to very good use.
