The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 18

The Good:
It's artichoke season again! Best time of the year.

The Random:
Would you believe me if I said this was part of my curriculum? They had to built a card tower on the table (slippery surface) to show them how being mindful and staying calm is so important.

The Fun:
Soooo despite having a new running related issue, I am CLEARED TO RUN! I hit the streets for 5.5 miles and it felt good! Pain free for 4.5ish of those miles. Legs need some more time to come back, but I will be back to snuff soon!

Those artichokes are gorgeous - LOVE having them with dinner.

I was thinking about you this weekend when all the runners were in Spokane for Bloomsday - wondering if you might ever want to jump in on that one ;)

Glad to hear that you're cleared to run. No fun being not being able to do what you love to do.
