My March donut was a sweet treat! A blueberry cake donut - yum!
The Random:
In Boston, our potholes reveal the cobblestones roads from ages ago!
The Fun:
We did a super awesome activity on Friday...my kids just wrapped up a non-fiction text feature unit. To show what they learned they had to screenshot a non-fiction book page in Epic, upload it to their digital portfolio, and then annotate the features that they saw! So many steps and they rocked it!

Doughnut look delicious! Seems almost a pity that those cobblestones were covered up.
yes...the old cobblestone streets last longer than the paved streets. Have you been to Acorn street in Beacon hill? It's rocks! It's so pretty.
...those cobblestones are bumpy, but hold up better and longer than blacktop.
Well, if we must have potholes, at least a peek at history is a good outcome. I'm afraid there are no cobblestones at the bottom of our craters. . .
Happy spring!
Your donuts get me every time! And I am loving the cobblestones peaking through the potholes. So much history right there!

I am vicariously enjoying your donut and your kids' success at their non-fiction project.
I love your cobblestone street! I'm pretty sure the pothole in front of our house just shows the other side of the earth when you look through it. Sigh.
THat donut looked good!
The cobblestones are a firm foundation
Good for your class! Children are a whiz on the computer these days!
Love those old cobblestones!
That sounds like a great activity for your kiddos! Yummmy looking donut! I love seeing those cobblestones. How cool!
That donut looks great and love the cobblestone. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
March doughnut looks yummy.
Thank you for hosting.
Love the cobblestones!~ So cool
I love that the cobblestones show through! Though I know they aren't always fun to drive over.
That is a lot. How old are these kids? That isn't Epic the medical software company, is it? The kids have a digital portfolio, dang, it took three years of tech school before I had one. Yeah, I hit a pothole today that looked like it was about to spurt oil.
That donut! While I was pregnant I did a donut a month too. I looked forward to my monthly donut and would always pick something super decadent. The cobblestones look so pretty and there's something kind of romantic about them!
I didn't think there was much benefit to potholes, but the peek at the past is cool.
That's so cool about the potholes. I hate the potholes here but love yours. LOL!
That donut looks SO yummy!
