The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 1

The Good:
The MFA has a new piece in the big atrium!

The Random:
I was at Target on Boxing Day and the bakery already had moved on...really!?

The Fun:
A friend hosted a New Year's Day laser tag party. I hadn't played in years and it was a blast!

I am trying to remember now where I was, and I can't think of it, but some store had cleared out the Christmas and brought in the Valentine's Day the week before Christmas! I was still trying to shop FOR Christmas!

I saw a whole EASTER candy display (next to the Valentine's display) at CVS and I actually did a double take. It's crazy how stores just plow from one holiday to the next.

Thanks for hosting.

The stores wear me out.
I'll never reconcile myself to the whiplash cycling of holidays they promote!

I noticed a lot of VDay stuff at Target too! Adult laser tag party sounds awesome!

Yup I was in the store in FL after Christmas and it was straight to Valentine's Day there too.

I haven’t left my house in a week so I don’t see what’s going on in the stores. I love that puppy dog statue! And laser tag sounds supremely fun!

Nice pup and it does piss me off how they get the next holiday stuff in the stores as soon as they can. Hope you have a wonderful Monday.

Yep. Our local grocery store had a Valentine's Day candy display the day after Christmas. Too soon! :)

Happy New Year- sounds like a fun party you went to that day and yeah not thrilled how quickly store just move on. Target also had swim wear out day after Christmas. Ugh!
