Another book down! This was an amazing read - Atwood is just an amazing author and the semi-continuation of the story in The Handmaid's Tale was captivating.
The Random:
Because the elementary hallway is where you expect to find a mini-dog treat...?
The Fun:
My second graders received their first Chumash (bible) on Friday. They were adorable during the program and their parents (and teachers!) were beaming with pride.

I finally read The Handmaid's Tale just last year so I should pick up the sequel soon!
Was that a real mini dog treat??
Pretty funny about the dog treat!
Oh The Handmaidens Tale freaked me out... too close to a potential reality of the world at the moment BUT it is an excellent book so I might have to pick this one up too.

That dog treat cracks me up.
I don't think I have ever seen a dog treat that small before. It looks like it is the size of my dogs kibble.
Congrats to your students and you would be surprised what I have seen in the hallway at my school.
Looks like great week. Hope on of the kids is not bringing dog treats to school for snacks.
