The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 14

The Good:
It's been more wet and dreary than nice and sunny lately, but I still had a nice walk along the beach in S. Boston on a recent rainy and blustery day. My fav time to walk the shore!

The Random:
I am so proud of my town for making sure we don't need to press the cross sign buttons (I never did...do they even work) but go Brookline for helping to Flatten the Curve. (also peek those empty streets.)

The Fun:
Trying to think outside the box...fun is hours on a puzzle. Want to use up time during social distancing? Order a color-blocked puzzle...

Wait... great idea with the cross sign buttons... but how come you never use them? Over here we can be fined if we cross on a red light! They're very strict.

...a cloudy day at the beach is still a day at the beach.

Brilliant with the buttons!! And you make me long for the beach. (Again. It's sort of a regular way of life for me, actually.)

Jigsaw puzzles make me want to pull my hair out by the roots...or someone else’s. Hope you are staying healthy and safe.

That puzzle! Hahaha. I would lose my freaking mind! Although my kids have been asking for some puzzles. I am hesitant because they drive me crazy when they can’t get far on their own. And I am not a fan of puzzles myself!

The weather is just starting to pick up here in the UK. A small pleasure for the state of our country. Stay safe and well xx

The sign in the second photo reminds me of my grandson's favorite book - "Don't Push the Button!"

Oh, I love that puzzle picture. And I wish I had a body of water to walk along right now. I love water.

It's been sunny here, but chilly. No doubt about it: we have to be patient as we wait for spring.

Simon pushed a cross walk button yesterday - ooops. Puzzles are impossible to find right now, but we did a swap with a friend so we have a few to work on.

I love that idea for the cross walks..why weren't they always automatic if they could do that--or did we just think that pushing the button works? I ordered some puzzles, it wasn't easy to find ones that we wanted and would get here quickly. Those streets are empty! Glad you got to the beach!

It's great you found a place to walk, way too many crowds and lack of social distancing here. Sounds like you're staying active and healthy.

That looks a very hard puzzle!!

I wonder if the buttons have always just been a trick to make people wait.

A color block puzzle would be hard. Glad your town is doing their part and glad you got to walk the beach. I think anytime is a good time for that although most of ours here are closed now.

Yay for automated pedestrian crossings! I wonder why they weren’t made that way in the first place.
