No not all ice creams are gluten free. Being a Celiac I have to read the ingredients list carefully of most products as gluten additives can be present even in ice cream.

I'm pretty jealous of all those Enlightened varieties; those are my favorite yogurt bars and it's so hard to find flavors around here (other than mint and chocolate!). How wonderful to get to travel again.
So happy you made it to Oregon to see family. We're heading to Texas to my family next week. Also s so great you are exploring New York city. I've yet to go but it's on my bucket list for sure.
