The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens also hosted a gorgeous light show this holiday season. They had some unique and beautiful light creations spread all over their grounds. Each was set to music and just so different and amazingly well done.
We kept remarking how in the daylight the grounds felt so much smaller, but in the dark, it felt like we kept walking and walking! It was a set path that helped keep traffic flowing smoothly and ensure we saw each arrangement - a good situation in the dark! My favorites were for sure the light tunnel, the faux fountains, and the giant peonies. This was a great addition to our NY festive light tour!

Dear Tamar,
I truly cannot find the right words to apologize myself, please forgive my belated comment, I wrote it but I forgot to post it, alas!
Thanking you for hosting,
I'm sending hugs and more hugs to you

That sounds like such a wonderful experience!
...light the darkness!
This makes me want to visit the botanical garden here in MidCoast Maine!
How beautiful! Our local botanical gardens does an annual light show as well. This was the first year we've done the walking tour (we've done the car tour normally), and I enjoyed it so much better. Of course it was also more fun because we had our baby grandson with us. :)
The Brooklyn Botanical Garden is such a magical place. This post takes me back to the many trips I took there in JHS. Nostalgia!
Beautiful captures! I love light shows, thank you for sharing this one.
This is so beautiful!
THey're all beautiful, but the one with the cathedral-like look made me gasp. STUNNING!!!
That sounds exciting Tamar. When my daughter & granddaughter took me to Singapore for Mother's day one year they had a light show on Sentosa island & it was absolutely spectacular with the music.
Bless you,
Jennifer
So cool, Tamar! You captured some really great photos, too!
