I think this nut butter was shipped upside down - that or it is gravity-defying!

Before break, I did a fun activity on the beach with the 5th-graders. I'm never not in awe of our campus!

I think it is good to store the nut butter upside down :) So the oil that accumulated at the top of the jar will slowly work its way to the bottom, redistributing throughout and leaving you with smooth, creamy nut butter until the very last spoonful. Just be sure to keep the lid tightly sealed to avoid any leaks.
