Lincoln Center Summer in the City

It isn't summer in NYC without a trip to Lincoln Center to see their plaza's summer transformation. This year, they went disco and colorful, with a touch of avian whimsy. There are beautiful swatches of color painted all over the plaza sidewalks as well as a flock of flamingoes who are spending the summer in the reflecting pool!

The Plaza was transformed into a massive disco, too! All summer long, there have been musical performances, silent discos, and dance battles around the fountain and shimmery ball. I was able to make it to the last silent disco of the summer and it was so fun to see the plaza after dark and enjoy the music!

It's truly a beautiful oasis in the neighborhood and a true way that Lincoln Center brings arts to all during the summer!
