NYBG Glow

I cut it close, but I made it to the NY Botanical Gardens winter GLOW again this year over New Years weekend and before it closed. It was really pretty this year and fun to see. They added some new light zones and each display was choreographed to beautiful techno-ish music.
My favorites this year were the colorful orbs floating in the water and giant golden arch, it felt so magical. It is amazing how creative one can get with lights, shapes, and music!

We were also impressed that the whole show was just a pretty light show, nothing overly holiday-themed, while we love some good festive cheer, sometimes its nice to enjoy a winter activity that is accessible to all faiths.

I love the lights and the fact that they aren't holiday specific. So pretty!
