When it has rained for most of March and the first week of April and you have have a clear, albeit chilly, weekend...you head straight for the Botanical Gardens! We trekked to Brooklyn to check out the early signs of spring in the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and had a really lovely time soaking up the sun!
The cherry blossom were on full display and we had such a lovely time walking beneath the pink and white blossoms! The conservatory area reminiscent of Europe with the architecture and planned garden full of budding trees. The Japanese garden area was also in full bloom with the trees so beautifully reflected in the water. Tuesday, April 16, 2024

How pretty!
Beautiful photos! It looks like you were definitely not the only one with that idea. We're trying to make the most of any dry weather we can find too.
