The Dead Sea

We spent Sunday of our trip at the Dead Sea with Judah's sisters and some of the cousins. The Dead Sea is the lowest place on Earth and is a complete salt lake - with such a high salinity that no living organism can survive in the water AND you can float if you wade out far enough. It is also known for the mud around the water that are beyond good for your skin.

I had been to the Dead Sea years ago but it was so fun to watch some of the niblings experience it for the first time!
We had a great time hanging there for a few hours! When the clouds cleared we could see straight across to Jordan and met one cool camel on the way back to the top of the beach!
