October can't go by without a trip to Van Cortland Manor for The Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze! There were so many new creations this year, which made it so much more fun. The general "theme" this year was all about the Hudson Valley so there were a lot of local themed masterpieces.
Some of the other new creations included a farm with sheep, cows, and horses, a video game area complete with Mario, Pac-Man, and more, and a massive Wicked-themed area! This was also the first year since we started coming (I think!) that they really moved things around - that led to so much excitement because I wasn't sure what was coming up!
