Snow in the Desert!

I went to Las Vegas to see some dear family friends, and I think I brought the east coast chill with me!

We woke up Monday to a winter wonderland.  I never thought I would see snow fall in the desert, and I certainly didn't think the first time I saw actual now this winter it would be in the desert!

 Palm trees look really odd, but pretty in the snow!

 Needless to say the kids were thrilled, and had a few flakes for breakfast!

What a beautiful thing to experience!
