Scav Hunt Sunday: Leaves and Snow

Found texture:
I was sorta stumped until I walked by this house's amazing landscaping on my way to work. I love the natural stone and the prickly ground cover.

Home:
This is a beautiful wall hanging my mom bought me her last trip to Israel. It says Blessing for the Home and has a prayer blessing the house (or apartment), I love the colors and meaning it has!

Cover:
I intended on using the street covered in leaves and then it snowed (yup, snowed, and is still snowing). So now you get both...

Close-up:
In Tzafat, a city in Israel they make amazing micro-calligraphy. I bought this when I was there a few years ago. So from a far it looks like an ordinary picture, then as you get closer you see the words that make up the lines.

Tree:
A tree stands in Brookline. The colors on this tree on the small playground at my school are just stunning.

The colors in the last pic are out of this world!

Can´t believe you have snow already, before us here in Sweden and all! :-D I´m a tiny bit envious, it looks much prettier with a little white..! :-)

I saw all that snow on the BBC news last night! The snow on that ground of that playground with that coloured maple would be a great picture to capture if the snow is still there tomorrrow.

I loved that micro-calligraphy.

That tree with the flaming red leaves? Absolutely stunning! I love your Close-Up and the Cover shots, too.

Great series of shots Tamar. I'm in the damn snow too. Your tree of brilliant leaves is stunning, but I am drawn this week to the two pieces of art you shared. I would love to see all those words close up. Very inspirtational.
