Scavenger Hunt Sunday: Rosh Hashanah Edition

Inspired by a movie:
Secret Life of Bees? A tradition we have for Rosh Hashanah is to find unique honey flavors to dip our apples into. This year, pepper honey, a very complex but sweet flavor. And our favorite! The rare, meadowfoam honey. It's honey from the pollen of a marshmellow plant! AMAZING!

Brown:
It wouldn't be Rosh Hashanah without Honey Bee Cookies. A lovely and delicious shade of brown.

Hazy:
It was super hazy and foggy a few mornings ago, and while the web is the focus, I love the hazy mist on the field behind it.

Coffee or Tea:
Eating pomegranate seeds is another tradition. It's said that they should have 613 seeds, the same number as commandments. My favorite tea is a Yogi Pomegranate Green tea, sweet and healthy!

Linger:
Honey, lingering on a spoon. My the sweetness of the new year linger and continue to sweeten our year!

Shanah Tovah Tamar!

The fall feasts are my most favourite of all. Your photos are as sweet as honey - I loved everyone of them.

Oh, that last honey shot.... SWEET --figuratively and literally!

What's up with the spider shots this week? You are the third person I've visited who has a spider shot. Yours is great! :)

Tamar, these are just wonderful! I never knew about the connection between the holiday and honey, so I learned something too :). That last shot of the honey is just marvelous, I love how the light frames the spoon and honey. Great job! And happy holiday :)
