It's so fluffy!

So the amazing folks at Rudi's Gluten-Free contacted me a few weeks ago to tell me about their new line of gf breads. These have been redesigned to be softer, lighter, and fluffier! I was stoked to get my vouchers and go pick up two loaves to try out.
I chose one loaf of multigran bread. Even the appearance looked fluffy and it smelled amazing!
I took two slices out of the freezer (the go to location for gf breads) and put them in the toaster oven. Slathered on some subutter and banana (my personal favorite) and lunch was served.
Whoa nelly, folks. These are AMAZING. They have a texture that honestly reminded me of real bread! A nice chewiness mixed with actual loaf substance - just something I haven't found in any other gf bread, to date!
For loaf number two: how could I pass up cinnamon raisin bread? The first thing I noticed was that it was packed with raisins. Other gf cinnamon raisin breads I have found lack in the raisin department, so kuddos Rudi's!
For this I simply toasted it up for breakfast one morning. My kitchen smelled amazing for hours! Serious winning here folks, serious winning.

But, that is not all!

Rudi's, through their facebook page, has launched a Missing Soft and Fluffy $1,000 reward sweepstakes. Through Feb. 8, Rudi’s Gluten-Free fans can text “FOUND” to 304-52-RUDIS for a chance to claim the $1,000 Reward for finding Soft & Fluffy. From there, fans are invited to share photos of Soft & Fluffy on Facebook (the toaster, the freezer, etc.) to be entered for weekly prizes like a Garmin GPS, Nikon CoolPix camera, soft and fluffy bathrobes and Rudi’s Gluten-Free T-Shirts. And best of all, everyone who participates will receive a $2 off coupon good for any Rudi’s Gluten-Free Bakery product!

So get out there and enjoy!

All opinions here are me and my tastebud's own. I was simply provided with the vouchers to try these awesome products!

I'll tell my bro and SIL about this. They have a GF daughter and are always searching for good products. Raisin toast. Yum.

Gluten free bread is usually heavy. I'll have to try this brand.

Sounds and looks like a wonderful substitute for 'traditional' bread. Yeah for you to get to give this a trial run. Thanks for sharing.

Your photos bring out the "yummy" in these breads! By the way, I clicked into this post from Communal Global and couldn't find your home page. So I ended up clicking on the Life with CAPD post. I had no idea what you're overcoming. Good for you! You have such a zest for life! Go, girl! You're an inspiration.

I have always heard of peanut butter + banana slices in sandwiches, but I've never tried it. Will have to do that one of these days!
