Nothing beats a nice warm bowl of soup on a cold night. And nothing can beat a bowl of chowder (pronounced: chowd-ah in these here parts) on a snowy New England night.
Last week, as we stared down the barrel of another (yes, another) snowy day, I knew I had to make the tilapia chowder Avi introduced to me.
This comes together so easily and is not heavy by any means - delicious and guilt free is my idea of a good meal, yes? Yes.
I find that the longer it cooks - the better it is. Leftovers, are amazing - but good luck making it last that long!
