The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 18

The Good:
Family friends were in town over the weekend and I got a chance to spend a few hours with them. They had brought Rumikub with them and it was fun to just visit and play - I love this game and hadn't played it in ages.
Then mid-week I got to see my Uncle for a quick visit/dinner - apparently this was the week to be social and have visitors!

The Random:
It's really fun to torture Siri.
How's that for random?

The Fun:
I've been on a huge lox, onion, and eggs kick. Seriously, nothing beats a nice breakfast of caramelized onions, lox, and eggs. My secret? Sprinkle some sugar on the onions to help them really caramelize and use really good Nova lox.
...now I'm craving it again...

Thanks to all the new folks who linked up last week! I loved seeing what was new in your neck of the woods!

Old games are the best aren't they? We just brought out the game "Dutch Blitz" this weekend, and it was a blast. Have you played this one? Happy Monday.

I love carmelized onions, yum. I made eggs and potatoes and onions the other day...good for breakfast lunch or dinner. ;)

LOL, poor Siri. Have you ever seen what the woman looks like. I did when she was on a program. The voice doesn't fit her in person. At least that is what I thought. Have a great week!
