The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 20

The Good:
To be honest, it was hard to find the good in this week. As I shared yesterday, my beloved and amazing school will be closing after school ends this year. I am numb, raw, scared, and sad. But - there is good in every week - so...

I attended a day workshop on an amazing technique to teach bible/torah - in the midst of the anxiety about what would happen at KSA it was good for my soul to spend the day at the beautiful Hebrew College.

The Random:
I was without my laptop for much of the week, which meant I was operating off of my ipad and iphone (yes, first world problems). It's so funny to use my phone after using the ipad for a while - it feels so small compared to the ipad!

The Fun:
So my straightener died, the humidity returned, and I had the most stressful week in ages (which means I run my hands through my hair a ton) so I went au natural this week aka curly/wild/frizzy. I am actually kinda embracing it! Although....the bed head is something else.

I never needed a straightener, but a little added body would be nice!

Hat's off to you for finding the good and positive in the midst of your last week. Sometimes it's just a few morsels, but they are worth hanging on to. Love the green tree/blue sky shot!

Embracing what we cannot change is often the only thing to do. I have to embrace my bedhead every day. Hoping you have a better week, friend!

Tamar, I feel for you with your hair difficulties, you see I have what must be some of the straightest hair in the world. I'd gladly trade you if I could. Smile.....you are beautiful just the way you are!

Oh no! I am so sorry to hear that your wonderful school is closing. You must be heartbroken, along with all your students. That makes me very sad. :(

I hope a window to a beautiful new place opens for you soon. Good things will come for you. I know it.

Hang in there. ((hugs))

My daughter has crazy curly hair and after years of using straighteners and fighting it, she decided she would embrace what came natural. (gets a little wild when she is overdue for a haircut).

In light of what is going on in your life, I admire your determination to stay positive. You are an inspiration.

It was pretty humid here last week and even my straightened hair went wavy. Yours looks cute! That's funny about first world problems! Truth!

That really stinks about your school! :(

Love the bed head photo!

And, yeah, I am late linking up again. Better late than never, right? :)
