The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 37

The Good:
Last week, our last bought of summer heat broke and we were left with gorgeous blue skies and perfect temperatures. I wandered out in the midst of lesson planning to take some pictures and found some leaves beginning to change. So ready for some color on these trees!

The Random:
I finally got the 4096 tile! Long stretches on the elliptical pay off!

The Fun:
I finally explored a new shopping promenade in the area. It has a ton of outlets and a Legoland center, the giraffe was pretty huge and awesome!

I think I have finally become ready for fall. I LOVE LOVE LOVE fall, but I'm still so skittish after our Polar Vortex and the promise of another one this year, that I know fall means we're that much closer to it. But I do admit that I'm ready for some pretty trees!!

It never ceases to amaze me what can be done with some Legos - guessing this was more than a beginner set. :)

I'm ready for the cooler days, not to be remotely confused with 'colder days'.

Legos are awesome! Such a cool giraffe. I see you're looking forward to some fall color too. We have changing trees but it's all just brown right now. I want to see some nice reds, yellows, & oranges. Bring fall on! Oh and temps below the century mark would be nice ;0)

Tamar, you amaze me. With kids of your own, and long days at school, then grading and lesson planning, keeping house, ETC. -and still you manage beautiful and fun blog posts.

Love that Lego giraffe!!
We have a Lego land down at the Mall of America in the twin cities (a few hours or so south of us).. a treat for the kids to get to go there and see the huge creations. Who am I kidding, a treat for me as well!!
