This recipe sounds complex, but is so simple to execute and the reward of a delicious dinner is worth it. Salmon, marinated in olive oil and fresh grated ginger. Sliced peaches and red onions coated with oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Toss it all on the grill and let it cook to perfection. Plate it all up, and top with a simple sauce of rice vinegar, grated ginger, fresh thyme, and olive oil.
This really hits the spot. So easy to prepare and can be made for one or for a crowd. There's still plenty of summer left - bon appetit!

Oh yes, sounds delicious and healthy too!
Tamar, you can come visit me in Maine and cook this for me please............
Fabulous - my family will go nuts for this!!! Thanks!!
That does look good!!! The peaches have been amazing lately!
This sounds SO delicious! Yum!
It looks good but I have to say the idea of eating peaches and onions together seems (strange) to me.
Ah what a great idea! Already have salmon - hope I can keep the ginger to a minimum, as that is one of the few things I don't like to eat. The rest - scrumptious!
Looks very tasty!
Sounds good!
This looks and sounds yummy, and my husband will love it. Thanks for sharing the recipe!
I love anything with ginger in it. Looks delicious!
This looks easy and delicious! Thanks for sharing.
Oh my gosh, Tamar! Those photographs are about the most beautiful food pix I have ever seen! The colors! The food seems to jump right off the page at me. I know I can tend to hyperbole, but...wow.
Also...thanks for checking out Wordless Wednesday and Six Word Friday. Isn't Great Falls, well, great? And it's neat the the MD and VA sides offer such different experiences. All for one low price!

That does sound delicious. Plenty of summer left here too-a couple more months in fact.
Hi Tamar, this looks so tasty, I could just eat some and it is breafast time, nearly :)
Thanks for sharing at the weekend blog hop..
Now that looks great! I would definitely make this.
this sounds and looks so tasty - yum! I'm always on the look out for new salmon recipes or variations. No doubt, I am going to try this. Although, tossing the peaches onion mix on the grill won't work for me, because they'd land in the flames :)
Sounds light yet filling and quite photographic.
