Tilikum Crossing

Savti got Noam a bike for his 5th birthday and he has become quite the little biker!

We took advantage of a gorgeous, sunny afternoon and went down to the waterfront so he could bike across the new pedestrian/mass transit bridge.

We made a Mar Mar -- Noam date out of it. A picnic lunch then an adventure across the Willamette River. Noam biked and I chased after him, snapping pics as he shouted "COME ON MAR MAR!"

The bridge is super cool and you get great views of the city and hills. We made it across and back and then took a snack and water break because "it's hard work biking that far!"

We took another little break on the way back to the car as the OHSU tram came into the station. Noam and I have had a tram tradition for many years, and while we didn't ride it this time watching it come and go was a good alternative!

And! Come link up and join the Good.Random.Fun. each Monday, right here!

Wonderful fun! I'm glad the weather was so nice for you. Now, if we could only get things to clear and warm around here....

Great post. A very interesting bridge, not for private cars and trucks! Thanks for visiting!
