Seaside

I got my toes in the ocean...
Life is good today...

{Zac Brown Band - Toes in the Sand}

A spur of the moment trip to the Oregon Coast and the Pacific Ocean.

It was gray and windy but the boys had a blast digging in the sand. Some sandcastles were made, some children buried, and shells dug up.

The water was frigid but Noam loved darting to the edge and then trying to beat the tide as it crashed ashore.

I haven't had my toes in the Pacific since Noam was 6 months old, so it felt good to dip my feet into the water!

A fun afternoon down at the beach for sure!

That was one of the places I was thinking of visiting when we chose Block Island instead! We could have been there at the same time!

It's always a good time at the beach. I'd have all my vacations near the ocean if I could. Looks like a wonderful trip.

Yay for a beachy trip to the Pacific. It looks gorgeous even though it's freezing. The boys look adorable and are growing up so fast!

Yup, I remember how cold the water was when we were there, but that didn't stop the kids from having a lot of fun!

I love our Oregon Coast. I always felt blessed to grow up in the Portland area, only 80 miles inland!

The Oregon coast is so different from the east coast. COLD water and sand blasted shins.

Funny! I come to your side of the planet and you are on the exact opposite! Nice beach though as I have been there many time during my college years.
