The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 37

The Good:
I hadn't made homemade pakoras in ages! I whipped up some spinach and scallion pakoras for shabbat dinner. It hit the spot after the first week of school.

Random:
Ok...so hybrid fruits are all the rage...saw these at Trader Joe's....two seemingly different fruits (name...appearance). But...read the description...I'm confused...they're both plum and apricots...?

The Fun:
A coworker, Brooke, got married last weekend. It was so fun to celebrate her!

Your pakoras look delicious! They make me think of fall cooking. I've had plumcots before and like them. Too funny about the labeling. I guess it's buyer beware! I haven't been to a wedding in a long time. I guess it's my age. I'm waiting for the third generation, who are now kids to grow up.

They may be the same thing but I'd go with the Plumcots. The pakoras look fantastic, I looked at your recipe and will have to save it to Pinterest for later. Yum.
