Gooey Almond Flour Cookies

Another year, another Passover cookie creation! I've taken to playing around with recipes for almond flour cookies each year and got lucky with this one.
I modified my almond flour cookies from a few years ago -- this time adding nut butter! This made them so gooey and a home run Passover (and all year round) treat.
No egg, no dairy, come together in minutes and smell amazing while cooking. A great go to for sure!

These look yummy! Saving the recipe for next year. We enjoyed brownies and picnic slice - all delicious!

Looks good! We make almond flour blondies, which aren't bad.
