The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 18

The Good:
I finished the Crazy Rich Asians trilogy - such fun reads. The family drama was real in this one!

The Random:
I know it was a cold and wet April, but Strava suggesting I go for a Nordic Ski session is a bit much...

The Fun:
We started taking a weekly virtual field trip! This past week we went to an active volcano in Hawaii!

A weekly field trip sounds like so much fun! You’ve inspired me to do a weekly outdoorsy/natural place documentary. Family and friends could watch it during the week and then we could do a “house party” or “zoom” together to discuss it. Great idea. Hope you are enjoying these beautiful days!

The virtual field trip is so cool! I love that idea! Perhaps a virtual Nordic ski trip will be next!

A field trip to a volcano is just the thing for a damp, gray day!

My boys and I used to try to take weekly virtual field trips too (when we began homeschooling). I keep thinking I'd like to do that again as so many more places made virtual tours but I just have not yet gotten into the habit.

Oooh, I might check out the active volcano! That's a cool one!

The best way to see a volcano is virtually! It's much cooler.

Too funny about the Nordic ski session. Sounds fun though and I love the idea of virtual filed trips. Enjoy!
