Let it Snow

We saw the highest snow totals in 5 years here in NY earlier in the week which made my snow lover's heart so happy. By the time this storm was all said and done we had just about 2ft of snow blanketing the area and it was so pretty.
I just love snow - makes the cold dark days so worth it. Seeing my new neighborhood blanketed in white is a pretty perfect sight to see, too!

Hi Tamar,
I found your blog through Lisa Isaac's (Handmade in Israel) link and popped in to the party. Hopefully I am not intruding and wishing to learn more about your blog!

Beautiful snowy photos, Tamar! I am so glad that you are getting to enjoy a blanket of snow! I, however, am quite done with snow. We have about 4 feet of accumulated snow on the ground with snow forecasted every day for at least the next 10 days. It just won't stop snowing here!

I agree. If it's got to be cold, there might as well be snow! We got only 1 foot.

For someone who rarely gets to see snow in person, these are lovely photos to look at! (without having to feel the cold, lol)

We had about 1 foot here in PA. I love snow as it's falling - so pretty! When it stops, I am ready for it all to melt away!

Snow can definitely be super pretty. My father in law (northern NJ) said they had 2.5 feet, that's a ton!

Do you have to shovel at all? We got a good dump last night but after shoveling for an hour this morning, I was OVER it!
