The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 31

The Good:
Finally made my summer batch of gazpacho. So refreshing.

The Random:
Does anyone want a swim mask...?

The Fun:
I've now been in White Plains for just over a year, time flies when you're helping to navigate a school during a pandemic?

Yum! I make gazpacho all the way through the summer. My family love it, especially my youngest son who hates tomatoes!!!

Your gazpacho looks amazing! And the swim goggles were good for a chuckle! We just saw a little kid baseball hat hanging from a deer crossing sign that made us laugh!

Late today! I was traveling from a remote Colorado area with little internet access, but it was beautiful!

If it's not goggles on your eyes, it's covid mask on your mouth and nose? Looks like everybody's suffering from mask fatigue. .... Ummm., I used to have a good recipe for gazpacho -- back when we had a big garden. Now I'm hungry for it again -- farmer's market this week for sure!!!

That gazpacho look so good and wow, a year already? Seems like you just moved a couple months ago. Glad it's been a good experience for you.
