Fall can't really get underway until I get some pumpkin patch time in. I checked out the array of gourds at Outhouse Orchards and Westchester Greenhouse and Farm this year and they had some great offerings this year between the two of them!
Nothing beats a crisp, grey fall day and fields of orange, lumpy gourds. The orchard was hopping (last year I went on a weekday) and it was great to see so many people out and about having some fall fun. I overheard one mom call the bumpy pumpkins "pumpkins with zits" and I will forever call them that. I never bring any home #apartmentliving, but I did enjoy the sites, that is for sure.

I love to visit pumpkin patches!
It's always the best light for photos at a pumpkin patch in the fall!
I love fall! Thank you for sharing lovely images.
We got our carving pumpkin this week, but we can't carve it until about two days before because it rots in the heat...
So many awesome varieties!
Such pretty colors of the pumpkins. Nice selection.
wow - such an array of varieties of pumpkin! I don't think we have all these here. Enjoy your week, stay safe, and than you again for the link up.
