When we were in Philly last week, we went to the Franklin Institute for the featured exhibit: The Art of the Brick! I had seen the show ten years ago (oh goodness, that was a long time ago!) and it was really cool to see the newer pieces and Nathan Sawaya's classic masterpieces.
There was a huge build your own lego creation section at the end including a "design a car" area complete with ramp track to race. Did we sit on the ground, build cars, and race...you bet we did!! Legos are pretty awesome and even two millennials love to make creations too!

Wow! What an awesome exhibit!
We saw that exhibit when it was here a few years ago!
The Franklin institute was a wonderful part of my childhood. Thank you aloha!
That looks so fun!
It's incredible how Lego has made a comeback in a totally different form.
Thanks for hosting, Tamar, for having me over, and for allowing me to share with your readers. My entries are numbered #28+29. Feel free to join SSPS Linkup M-S: https://esmesalon.com/tag/seniorsalonpitstop/
I LOVE Lego! When we went to Lego House in Denmark a few years ago, one of the things we spent the most time doing was playing with Lego! It was so fun!!! And now I'm going to see if this exhibit ever came to Edmonton -- some of the pieces look very familiar.
That is so very cool. Such great pics.
That is an amazing display! I would love to get to Philly and see that some day. We are about 3.5 hours away.
