But just you wait, just you wait...
{Alexander Hamilton -- Hamilton}
The end of the year is fast approaching.
It is amazing that I have a class of almost fourth graders. They grew up before my eyes this year, but there is still an amazingly bright future ahead of them!
For our end of year bulletin board, I asked them to write what they want to be when they grow up and the answers were as different and unique as they are!
Fourth grade may be on the horizon, but there are so many amazing things ahead in their lives!

...but who wants to grow up...not ME!
I love this!! I was trying to remember what I wanted to be when I was their age. I think that was when I already had a dream of being a teacher. (I wanted to be a teacher for most of my life, but I changed my mind at the end of high school!)
These are awesome! This reminds me of a project my older daughter did in 3rd grade, they filled out surveys for their future selves and their teacher sent them to the kids when they were graduating! We had moved but were able to get our address to the teacher so he could send hers out. Very special!
These give me chills! Great project.
How cool!
Thanks for sharing these simple - and simply glorious - childhood dreams at https://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2017/05/the-beautiful-city-of-jaffa.html
What a lovely post. The kids have so many future dreams - I wish they come true.
What a lovely post Tamar. Great answers too :)
I love this idea and love how you were able to include them without revealing their identity! Great job Teach!
