Bowery Murals

I just recently heard about the trove of murals in the Bowery area of Manhattan. First Street Green Ark Park is right off of Houston street and is an area dedicated to mural artists. There is constant turnover of works as artists are changing up the scene. There are some awesome ones there now!
Then a few blocks away if Freeman Alley which is another artists mecca. This little strip is covered in even more art - from sublime to ridiculous to powerful to whimsical. It was fun to take each little piece in and see it all on a grand scale too.

All the various murals really make the city so fun and it's always fun to find new ones!
