Song-osity: Out on the town

We'll get a table near the street...
Hanging out at the village green...

Over the weekend, Avi and I took advantage of the gorgeous (finally) weather and hung out down on Newbury St. We had lunch outside at a lovely Indian place, enjoying the sunshine and watching the crowds mingle on the sidewalks.

We window shopped up and down Newbury St before heading back to my place on the Comm Ave mall, a gorgeous path lined by town homes and blooming streets.

It did my soul good to be out in Boston soaking up the gorgeous weather. I felt renewed, got sun kissed, and enjoyed the sister time, all while humming Scenes From an Italian Restaurant.

Here's to many spring and summer nights out enjoying Boston.

And! Come link up and join the Good.Random.Fun. each Monday, right here!

Sounds delightful! It's amazing what a little outdoor sunshine can do for the soul. Of course, good company makes it better!

I love it when it is cool, yet warm enough to eat outside and watch the people - sadly we've jumped from 60 to nearly 90 - burrr to errr.

I think I´ve never told you that I love Boston!!! One of my favorite cities... I spent there several summers with my sister, so this post gives me some really good memories! Sister time is the best!

Yep, I kind of did the same thing. Not the shopping, but the 'being outside, enjoying some finally gorgeous weather'. And this weekend is supposed to be just as nice.

Looks like a lovely day. Sunshine is so good for the soul! (Good food and sister time doesn't hurt either.)
