PB Cheerio S'more Bars

Not ready for summer to be ending? Looking for a snack to pack in lunch boxes that allows the kiddos to pretend they're still at camp? Well look no farther!
This desert is the delicious result of my wanting to get rid of the last few cups of a Costco sized Cheerio box (never buying that again!) and my hankering for s'mores. The results are pretty good!!
I mean, what can be bad about cheerios, honey nut peanut butter, chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows? Exactly, nothing!
This comes together just like my PB Rice Krispie Treats, but with a few additional sweet add ins.
It takes a bit more time for it to get super incorporated, but I chalk that up to the surface area of the O's plus the other sweet bits.
Measure, mix, press, chill, and enjoy. Because enjoy you will!

Hmmm, I might try this, but without the marshmallows, although my kids would probably beg to keep them in!

Yum! Even my family wouldn't finish the Costco sized box of Cheerios! :)

Ok, do you not want the Cheerios because it was just too much or they didn't taste good? This looks like a delicious recipe.
