The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 10

The Good:
I had my first race of 2019 yesterday - in a serious snow storm! I've seriously run in every imaginable condition now....BUT the super awesome news is that I PRed by 2+ minutes. I wasn't going for a PR and to do it on snow-covered roads is EPIC!

The Random:
Just when you think they can't get any more creative with flexible seating...a study shield becomes a lap desk.

The Fun:
Went out for drinks with work friends Saturday night - so much fun shmoozing and laughing and releasing stress!

We had a St. Pat's day race here this Sunday in the snow too and I have to admit I thought they were all a little bit nuts. LOL. Congrats on your excellent time it could not have been easy in that messy, cold weather.

The drinks look very appealing right about now but I think I'll nibble on this square of chocolate and pretend I'm recovering from dementors. Congrats and watch out for slippery roads and sidewalks. That kid looks pretty determined to finish her work, very cool.

Congrats. Running in such conditions must have been hard, but it brought a lot of joy ;)

You're quite the competitor to set a PR in the snow! Good for you! Sounds like such a fun thing to do. You look very happy. And cold. :)
