Nature's Classroom

We had our annual field trip to Drumlin Farm last week and it was a blast as usual! We didn't let the cold damp day ruin our fun and the kiddos learned loads!
Nature truly is the best classroom. A day with no screens, no paper, no walls. Everyone was engaged, enthralled, and happy and tired when we pulled back into school. Can't wait for next year!

We love making nature our classroom; in fact today I am sharing about the time we went out on an ocean research vessel. It is by far one of my best homeschooling memories.

I always loved field trips! (Minus the bus rides.) This looks like a fun day! And my goodness - you really are having the same weather we are!
