In my nearly 16ish years as an Eagles fan, I had never been to a game (or any NFL game)! I finally got to an Eagles game and it was an epic experience.
Last regular game of the season. Playoffs on the line.
Eagles v Giants at the Metlife Stadium.
It was of course, pouring rain...because I can't do anything in dry conditions, but it just added to the experience. Actually, our seats were under the bit of overhang so we weren't sopping wet!
It was a slowish start for both the offense and defense but once the Eagles got moving they plowed through the Giants. There were some amazing plays, an epic turnover, and the Eagles D kept sacking the Giant's GB.
By the 3rd quarter, the Eagles had a commanding lead and the Giants weren't getting much past 3rd down each possession. By the 4th quarter the stadium was 90% Eagles fans and the Eagles punched their ticket to the playoffs!
Games in real life are pretty fun, once I got used to not having the line of scrimmage and first down lines on the field it was smooth sailing! Also, it seems to move much faster without commercials!

I have to admit - I giggled right out loud at the part where you can't do anything in dry conditions: TRUTH! But what a great view and I'm so glad you had fun!
