The Good. The Random. The Fun. v. 41

The Good:
I've been writing postcards to voters in Wisconsin encouraging them to well...vote!!

The Random:
We just wrapped up the holiday of Sukkot, where we build temporary "huts" called sukkot. I got a laugh out of this one in the back of a pickup truck!

The Fun:
American U hosted Dr. Fauci on Zoom this week as part of family/alumni week. It was so fun to get to hear him speak for an hour!! The take aways - wear a mask, wash your hands, and distance!

We just packed our Sukkah away. I love eating and drinking in it, though of course this year we were the only ones to use it :(

...Dr. Fauci, the only voice of reason today in Washington!

Wow! That is one Zoom call I wouldn’t mind attending. I have been doing those things all along. I wish everyone else was as diligent. My husband and I will be voting in person. I am excited and terrified at the same time.

How many post cards did you need to write? I have been wanting to do this but don't want to commit to 200!

That would be so cool to hear Dr Fauci speak. What an amazing experience. We missed celebrating Sukkot with our synagogue this year.

I trust Dr Fauci! I always wear my mask when among people.

My daughter-in-law attended American U. My son attended GWU

Keep enjoying autumn!

Good for you on the writing postcards. From far away, the rest of the world can't understand the carry on that went on with Dr Fauci. He seems to be the voice of reason in America regarding the dangers and methods to curve the spread...

Ha! That hut!! I should show that to the lady that taught our class on meals. I don't think she had one like that in her example list! ;)

It breaks my heart that many people don't listen to Dr. Fauci. The propaganda is killing people.

Sigh! Stay well and keep posting.

Good on you working to encourage other to vote and that is pretty random about the hut in the truck. LOL! Also great take home points from Fauci. It seems to be working here in Calif. Super cool you got to hear him speak.
