Rainbow Glass House

Down in the Seaport area of the city, there is a gorgeous art installation. Sitting on Pier 17 are two rainbow glass houses by Brooklyn artist Tom Fruin. You can walk into them and take in the colors from all angles.
It's such a simple but beautiful creation. The sun was streaming through when I was there casting rainbow shadows on the boardwalk. It felt like a little cathedral inside with all the colored panels beneath the blue skies. Such a fun install down on the pier for summer!
