We took advantage of a perfect summer day and spent some time at the NYBG. It was hot, but the humidity was low and there was a refreshing breeze; perfect for wandering around a few areas. The garden was looking so lush thanks to the fairly wet summer we were having! The water lilies were in full bloom too, which is always such a site to see.
The current featured exhibit was really beautiful, too. The conversatory gardens feature work of mixed media artist, Ebony G Patterson. She transforms natural spaces through sculpture and plants. My favorites were the glass flowers around the red pathway. The exhibit has been such a hit, it was extended for 2 more months!
