The Good:
Chelsea Market has this amazing Halva store and we enjoyed tasting and getting some for desert later!
The Random:
This maple obsession has gone too far!
The Fun:
Sometimes you just have to go into a glasses store where the cheapest pair is 350 dollars and try some on!

...$350?
Whew those are some expensive glasses! I don’t wear them (yet!) so I have no idea how much they normally cost.
I've tried on jewellery at Tiffany's "just because." I think it was a $10,000 ring that I would never buy!
Those are some glasses!
eww to the maple bath bomb. Who would want to bathe in a stack of pancakes? There is a great book by Gretchen Ruben called Living Life in 5 Senses. She takes her mother-in-law and her daughter out in NYC to taste various things and one of them is halva. When I was teaching toddlers in beacon hill (Boston) I had a student from Israel and she would bring in halva. She loved it!
$350 for sunglasses, and that's the cheapest? yikes! Thanks for the party.
Fun! Thank you! Imagine a whole story for Halva!
The sunglasses look nice but not at that price!!
Sunglasses at that price, nope! Fortunately, my regular specs double up as sunglasses.

That is a funky sunglasses but costing 350 USD?
I'm WAY too hard on sunglasses to spend that much on them. I broke my most recent favorite pair when they were sitting on top of my head and I misjudged the space getting out of the car and hit my head on the door. I was so sad! Also - is maple the new pumpkin spice? It's everywhere! - Bekah
Love the glasses, not the price but still fun to try them on. Those desserts look amazing but after the holidays I need to take a break from dessert.
