Over Passover, we went down to Little Island. I hadn't been since 2022, right after it opened and Avi, my mom, Judah, and the boys had never been! The human-made island, floating in the Hudson River, rests on 123 concrete "tulips" and is a series of green spaces, snaking path, lookout points, plus an amphitheater and other open spaces filled with interactive bits.
It was fun to explore the island again! Even though it was packed, we were able to wind out way around the park taking in from all the various vantage points. The greenery has grown in so well since it opened and it was the perfect spring day to enjoy the park! We are hoping to get back this summer to enjoy some of the shows in the amphitheater, too!
